Transitioning from mental health therapist to aviation industrial psychology, she uses evidence-based practice to redefine human factors and performance.

She holds a bachelor's degree in pre-law and a master's in social work from Tulane University. She specialized in complex trauma and was trained in EMDR by EMDRIA. She is pursuing a doctorate in industrial psychology, concentrating on FAA policies and the challenges of air traffic control personnel.
